Price and Availability
In Short
NFleet is an online service and you can start and end your subscription at any time. It can be ordered from the Microsoft AppSource marketplace or directly from us. Microsoft subscriptions are billed to your credit card, as part of any other Microsoft subscription billing. When ordering directly from us, billing is done via email.
Ordering from Microsoft AppSource
- initiate ordering from NFleet test use or directly from Microsoft AppSource
- log in with your Microsoft work or school account credentials
- fill in the requested information and place the order
- you will get a link to NFleet Portal, also in your email, where you can invite additional users and from where you can operate the NFleet system
Ordering by invoicing
- initiate ordering from NFleet test use or directly from here
- log in with your Microsoft credentials or with NFleet credentials which you can create as needed
- fill in the requested information and place the order
- you will get an email confirmation with a link to NFleet Portal where you can invite additional users and from where you can operate the NFleet system
Price
One price covers all typical NFleet usage scenarios:
- Preparing transport offers
- Daily transport planning, including changes occurring during the day
- Strategic transport operations and scenario analysis
- Also for mobile workforce planning
Prices do not include VAT.

If the number of vehicles exceeds 20 or if there are special usage needs, please contact us at info@nfleet.fi.
Educational Institutions and Researchers
We provide the optimization system as a tool for educational and research use, within an appropriate scope, including reasonable support.
Availability
Online Marketplace
We are in the process of moving NFleet system subscriptions to Microsoft's marketplaces. This transition will bring increased flexibility, various usage possibilities, and pricing options. As the first step, we launched the GIS service Routes API in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace.
New User
You can log in to the system using Microsoft credentials or create your own NFleet user account with custom credentials. Limited guest access is available without an account, but a two-week trial requires login. After the trial, the same credentials can be used for purchasing and using the service.
Microsoft Work or School Accounts
Paid access can be purchased from the Microsoft AppSource marketplace, with payments made via credit card or an existing company billing account. This requires Microsoft work or school credentials, purchases with personal accounts are not possible.
Get NFleet transportation planning from Microsoft AppSource.
Private Accounts
We recommend purchasing via the Microsoft AppSource marketplace, but if this is not possible, you can order directly from us. Payment is made via a PDF invoice sent by email. In Finland, online bank invoicing is also available.

Please note: Outside of Finland, due to VAT practicalities, PDF invoicing is only available in EU and to companies with a VAT Id.
Additional Information
Monthly Billing
The billing cycle, whether through the Microsoft marketplace or directly from us, is one calendar month. Billing is done afterwards. However, invoices are based on actual subscription days, meaning a mid-month subscription only covers the remaining part of the month. Similarly, if a subscription is canceled, it ends immediately.
Computing Time
A per-user subscription covers all system functions and capacity, with the only limitation being monthly computing time. If multiple users share a subscription, the computing time forms a common pool that all users can use until it is depleted. Additional computing time can be acquired by expanding the subscription with additional users. New users do not need to be named, but the shared pool will increase accordingly. If demand decreases, the number of users in the subscription can be reduced. However, the number of named users cannot exceed the maximum subscribed users.
Computing time refers to the actual time spent on optimization. Small plans take a couple of minutes to compute, while larger or more complex cases can take tens of minutes. We also incur direct costs, especially from geocoding, which also consumes measurable computing time. Typical usage includes:
- Optimization calculation – about 1 second per location (varies significantly depending on problem complexity); actual computing time, not queueing or data handling time
- Geocoding – 20 locations consume one computing minute (converting a new address to coordinates; data is stored for a while, so recalculating a scenario does not consume additional geocoding time)
Example of 80 min monthly computing time usage, a rough estimate as actual time depends on problem complexity:
- Planning every business day
- About 50 locations, mostly new addresses
- Calculating two to three alternative scenarios or adjusting the plan
Planning does not need to be done daily; the monthly computing time can be used all at once over a few days to generate comprehensive analyses or offers.
