About data privacy with NFleet

As a leading principle your data is your’s, only. When you use an NFleet solution with your data you can decide whether you also store the data in the system or delete it from the system. We can technically access your stored data – but if there’s a need to access your data we only do that with your permission.

Technically your data is processed and saved in Microsoft data centers within EU. Microsoft maintains backups of data for a limited period, after that the data is permanently deleted. We have access to backed up data only in case of a major incident.

If you are a registered user then we will store your business data. That is, your account information, statistics of use and invoicing information. We do not publish or share information about individual users or organizations.
